whistles vs. voice vs. TT collar vs....???

My brother got one bird and our friend got none. Needless to say, we don't 'party hunt' anymore. ;-) On top of that my old lab was a natural pointer and if the bird didn't run he just stood there close to the bird until I got close enough to flush it.
