I worked for an engineering firm back in 2017 where we needed to find these section corners and there are no roads that travel with these section lines. Roads are build on terrain that is accessible to the terrain many times we needed to get permission from land owners, some made us pay to use their roads since majority are private or we needed to walk into a owners land to access these sections. There are no ROW or easements that are for public travel most roads are privately owned when you travel off of established roads. It a road does not run along a section line even in north dakota its most likely an easement or its private and any easement can be revoked if the owner deems it necessary.</p></blockquote><p></p>
