The issue here is this is exactly a man made problem since a bug that destroys trees was let into the country 20+ years ago. The issue is that these bugs are making there way into the states right now and if we cant get a control of these bugd this will happen here as well. Any rainfall that happens in these areas is the same effect that deserts have where moisture clouds are dried up before they even get to these areas. There isnt anything mankind can do about it now this is something that should have been dealt with 20 plus years ago when Canada knew about these bugs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
