Anyone else suffer from this? Dreading going to sleep, because you know that you'll have to go to work as soon as you wake up...the longer you stay up, the longer it is until you have to go to work.

Meant to title it "Workomnia", but autocorrect had a better idea for a made-up word.

Almost all of mine are happy dreams but I have also woke up sweating and mad but the sweat washes off and I can laugh at the dream over a cup of coffee.

Used to enjoy the work I did since I started this one in 2013, went through a spell of dislike and now coming up on the last 2 years I really enjoy my job again. Don't hardly have the dreams I used to and I attribute that to my lifestyle changes, not drinking I think has a fair bit to do with it for me at 1yr 8mo now. I still wake up at anywhere from 11:30pm-1am to take a leak and let the one dog out while I'm at it then right back to sleep where before I would toss and turn.

I had it in the Farce all the damn time. Might as well be in on the last day off. If was seldom as bad as I predicted. Funny how it's a "thing" now.

Scary dreams? Maybe it’s time to get right with the man upstairs. A lot of people will scoff at this I’m sure but I believe there is a direct correlation. Up until my late twenties I always had scary dreams and had terrible sleep if I could sleep. After becoming born again I have slept like a baby for the past twenty years. Not saying if there isn’t something in life stressing me a little I might have a crappy night sleep but overall I sleep well and rarely if ever have a scary dream. I don’t even think I have dreams anymore. Lol
