Yes that's the problem. Even the Supreme court overstepped their authority back in the 1960s (when they were liberal) and that to this day has not been corrected. Part of the problem is we forget. I remember it happening, but I can't remember what it was. I suppose I could google it, but I'm sure Google does their best to hide it. Slowly people forget what liberty is like. Maybe I should say " was like".
