Are any of you tracking this bill that to my understanding has passed. I am not real good at understanding these bills. If I am reading this one correct it is saying you can drive off trail during any hunting season if in possession of written permission from land owner. How do you interpret it??

Ok, so you can't drive through a stubble field out to a slough that is a quarter mile off the road to hunt pheasants or to get to your deer stand without written permission. But it's not needed to retrieve a deer or to set waterfowl decoys. Yippee, more laws.
