I got closer and my eyes started to water and I could not breathe very well. I flagged down a corps of engineer truck and told him what I experienced. He became very defensive and told me he had been aware of sewage being discharged from the City for a while and there was nothing he could do. I then emailed the Game and Fish and thats when the ball started rolling. After my email was forwarded to mulitiple ndgf employees I got an email saying they were working on the situation. There still are some very nice fish in the backchannels but I dont dare eat them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
