    the only time to avoid fort Stevenson boat ramp is during the governors cup.. but other then that both ramps there have always been pretty good to use anytime of day

    waters open but would help to have some more water flowing from the dam start south look for coffer dams and start fishing them there is still ice today but any coffer dam should have open water below it - - - Updated - - - jig and a minnow usually my go to ... but I never rule out tossing...
