I 2nd on D W in Bismarck--good stuff. Also had good stuff from 3BE, Wishek, Napoleon, West Dakota. It's a matter of your taste buds--tell them if you want more garlic, pepper, hot spice, hi-temp cheese, etc.

Places still sell that stuff? Grew up eating that as a kid. Still have my grandparents recipe from the old grocery store in town from when they used to sell it. Its the cats ass.

we process our own deer, but before we did we took it to Schmidt's in Napoleon. Good flavor and very fast turnaround time if you take them your deer already cut up.

Langdon locker makes our favorite Country style with Wishek a close second. locally in Bismarck you can purchase Langdon Locker country style sausage at Dan's north or South. It's frozen in a round vac seal package.
