honestly it's been about 35 years since I caught a decent limit on DL We didn't realize what we had back then when fishing for perch we would sometimes catch a bonus limit of 5 pound eater walleyes. Work got in the way and I didn't make it back until about 10 years ago , Big walleyes were rare but you couldn't keep 12-13 inch walleyes off the hook I told my boys we are going to have a heck of a fishery again in 5-10 years but it didn't happen.
