The way I see it, if the road on the ice is well established, then its the idiots bad choice of putting a tip up in the middle of it...smh...they take the risk, it all common sense.

It's not easy changing a flat on glare ice. I suppose nowdays most would just call AAA (pussies)

Sounds like a perfect place to put up a sign "Beer for sale". Could turn into one hellova wingding real quick. I'd avoid putting up the tipups myself.
