Sounds ridiculous. 33" is the biggest i have heard of 1st hand. But, in all of N. America, is 40" at least remotely possible?
The odds would not be high. As someone else said, probably not impossible, but highly improbable. But also rather egotistical of us to believe we have caught a full size representation of the species. Does anyone know how long the 25# world record fish was?
