Having bad grammar doesn't have anything to do with intelligence, being able to comprehend what is being written has everything to do with intelligence. People who worry about grammar are people who are getting paid to write or being graded on the proper use of grammar. There's probably a dozen ways to explain what an animal is using the English language, English in comparison to the rest of the world's dialects is the most complex in the history of man kind.
