Not really necessary - fingers do not have arthritis - and I have Maui Jims with built in readers

if my fingers were getting stiff or I didn't have readers I'd be all over it

Pretty sure I need one of these, because:

A) I always need more fishing stuff.
B) At 46, my eyes aren't what they once were (that's a little distressing).
C) In a rocking boat, or when cold, or in low light, it would be just the deal.
D) I always need more fishing stuff.

Do you like the Maui's with readers? I've been thinking about a pair for a while. They're not inexpensive, but...

O M G - finest glasses I've ever owned - get the High Throughput (HT) "green" lenses - they stay the brightest as it gets dark - and for seeing fish locator displays etc. the weight is near zero. no extreme beak indents.

Looks like a great idea,to bad he didn't think about a little point on the clipper end to punch the paint out of the eye on new jigs.Thanx for post guy.
