I did say summer after all. You cheated with April/May.

Seems pretty normal dog days of summer to me. First part was definitely windier since it made it nearly impossible to fish top water most days which is my favorite type of fishing most years.

When a person can't recall the last time it's becuase of old timers syndrome. 2015 was a hot,dry, and windless summer. The wind turbine for the school was still many times that summer.

Still blows like hell when the temp is below 90 over here it seems. Been a super calm last week or so though.

I remarked to mrsnodakbuckeye the other day how calm it has been compared to a couple months ago. I joked that maybe we are getting a pattern change to more moisture, kids want to duck hunt!

Another calm/rain day here. Radar earlier show it passing through but now we have a nice stall last couple hours

Those people were probably outside so thus noted the fact fargo has had winds above 20 MPH sustained on 15 days from July 11th to Aug 11th with a half doz other days in the upper teens and gust to 30. There were three days in there with winds over 30 with one at 36 gusting well into the 40's.
