Going on my fifth year with this. I use it a lot in the summer, cleaning decks, driveways, washing cars, boats etc. I can’t wear it out

I have the Snap-On branded one from Menards. Has worked well enough for anything I've needed a pressure washer for, just put a little 6" extension on the hose inlet otherwise it's a pain to get on and off. Brother has one too, got rid of his gas one after the first year with that one. I'm on my 2nd year with mine and no problems yet.

I've had 2 greenworks so far. The first was a small one(1500psi). It did a good job and is easy to store and move around. After about 2yrs the hose sprung a leek. I picked up the bigger model(2000psi). It might be a little more powerful but not enough to notice. It's also much larger so it takes up space when not in use. At the end of last summer that hose sprung a leak. I picked up a new one for $30 but the threads stripped when I removed the old one. I pulled out the old little one and threw the hose on it works like a charm several years later. I'm sticking with the smaller ones from here on out

My uncle will curse every brand as he could never get them to last more than a year. If you don't have a heated garage a little winterization is necessary.

That's my concern. Wife bought one at Metigoshe, but I have never used it because we drain the water lines and put antifreeze in the traps and turn the power off and let The cabin freeze up. Didn't know if I could winterize it.

I take the hoses off and lay it down and pour some RV antifreeze in the suction side and turn it on till the water is displaced . Even in a heated area if you don't plan to use it till next summer, Keeps them from drying out and scoring when you fire it back up. I have my wife trained to turn the water on and hold trigger until water comes out , Then turn it on. I think running them dry or freezing them is the only way to ruin one because mine is going on 20 years old, Still works like new. Always run a screen incase you get bugs/dirt in your garden hose.

Gotta run a screen because we're using lake water. I have a canister filter for the water to the cabin for washing and bathroom and we haul drinking water. Change the canister filter when I can't get enough water to wash the soap off, or if it takes more than 5 minutes to fill the tank on our 58 year old pink, corner 5 gallon toilet!!!

I'll bet I could get Paul M to winterize it when he does our cabin.

I never liked the electric power washers I've had a couple thought I could piss more pressure I bought a Honda 3500psi gas powered and it is great for everything no cords to tangle I have a water tank for the back of the pickup and can use it anywhere I like it

We had the same setup when on the farm.
Also worked excellent when burning ditches or sloughs and the fire would start to get away. Fired up the Honda power washer and blew those flames out quickly. Only way to go when out burning.

Not sure. Never tried that but it would probably work. When I clean my wood stained deck I’m always careful not to get it too close in fear of that happening

I have a 2000psi. It will strip some but only with the concentrated tip. A little more power would definitely be better.
