We decided to make nothing but jerky with the two deer we got this year. Due to this I bought a big dehydrator to make the process quicker and easier. Now that the jerky is done, I have begun to dehydrate some different fruits. This will be my diet for a while and maybe I can shed a few pounds.

dont eat so much your stomach will shrink and you will get full faster, the hardest thing about exercising is getting off your ass and doing it. in i herniated a disk in my lower back couldn't walk for 3 weeks took 3 months before i could walk any distance gained 30 lbs. got rid of it by walking every day and not eating much bread or sugar

I have been on Mounjaro for type2 diabetes around 2 yrs now. My A-1C has gone from the upper 7's down to the latest one at 5.6 The weight loss has leveled out right around 30 lbs down. I intentionally stopped taking my other meds Cholesterol & blood pressure about 4 months ago to see where my test results would be at. My last checkup my blood pressure was 119/78 and Cholesterol #'s all within the normal ranges. I asked my Dr. what the numbers were and when he told me everything was in the normal ranges I sprang the news of me not taking the prescribed meds, needless to say he was not happy but couldn't dispute the results. Since starting Mounjaro I have also stopped taking Metformin and am down to just a baby aspirin a day and my weekly Mounjaro injection.

I am almost i the exact same boat you are. Last years physical my A1C and BP spiked and was concerning to my docs. I made the decision to start Mounjaro in February and and down over 50lbs hoping for at least another 50. Only side effects I have had is indigestion. My A1C has now dropped under 6 and my BP is back to normal. Good bad or otherwise I feel like I have gotten one part of my life under control and dont regret it one bit.
