Not a suv but remember the "Geo Metro? 3 banger manual 5spd 58 mpg's ran smooth like a sewing machine. Can't think of any suv getting 25mpg's these days. Subaru is close and just remove the rainbow decal.

Disagree, these radical islamic muslims started this in 1979 when they took over persia slaughtering 100's of 1000's Persian's took over American embassy and held American hostages for 444 days continued they're threats "death to America, murdered 1000's of Americans since then boasted 90 kilos of 60% enriched uranium only weeks away from enriching to 90% (weapons grade) enough for 11nukes non- negotiationable during April peace talks in Switzerland when terrorist threaten we had better listen, midnight hammer took out they're enriching capabilities but not the uranium or centrifuges then carried on following the hit. Like it or not long term security for our country and our children and grandchildren it was time. Knowing these cave dwellers had nuclear capability it wouldn't be a matter of if they would hit America rather "when" these evil radicals have proven they could careless about human life.
You've been watching way too much cable news! Half of the middle east has nukes and Iran more than likely has some. BB has been saying for decades that Iran is only a few weeks from getting a nuke. They roped us into this to help attack all of their enemies with no benefit to the US, Only detriment

Dude really,Iraqi used mustard and chlorine gas on they're own ppl into the 90's remember scud missiles? Troops in hazmad suits in Kuwait?

Further you missed the point of these Iranians admitting they had 90kilios. Spin it all you want but their words.
Yes they did use those and they were destroyed after gulf one of you remember. Then it was said they had more that didn’t get found which multiple Navy SEALS have went on the record to say was not true there was never wmd. What they thought was wmd was an air conditioner and water truck. Andy Stumpf has spoke about it a lot he was on that mission. When the guys who were actually there doing the shit are questioning it there is something to it.

Were did the Iranians say that please post the source and now we are believing what they say that is a conundrum because didn’t they say they wouldn’t use it. So what is it are they liars or not can’t have it both ways. You can’t only believe them when it fits your narrative.

"WE" didn't bail anyone out. The dipshits in congress bailed out the dipshits who made the disastrous decisions. This whole "I'm not responsible for my own decisions" is probably the most telling reason for the decline of this nation as a whole. That's just me though.
In the "Good Old Days" a corporate CEO made 30 times the average workers wage, recently read that it is now upwards of 500 to 600 times the average wage. Somehow I do not think they have gotten any smarter or better at their jobs.
The corporate tax breaks under Trump (both terms) have mostly resulted in stock buybacks and not increased wages/corporate research
Stagflation since the Regan years has slowly eaten away at the average Americans wages/financial well being.
look at the percentage of Americans unable to afford a $500 emergency.

Damn...enough bickering. Gas prices suck. Maybe a little bit tied to killing some useless shitbags in Iran, but gas prices are largely bullshit. Gas doesn't sometimes cost Bismarck stations 75 cents more than it does Fargo stations for months at a time. If someone farts in Iran today, the 10,000 gallons of fuel in your local stations tanks do not jump in price 30 cents by morning. We pay what we're told. Every whisper of a crisis drives the price up. It is all manipulated and those watching out for us on both sides, blaming each other, are all profiting while we bickering among ourselves about whose fault it is.

One step closer to the end.

Crude oil Production Overview
    • Weekly Output: 13.94 million barrels per day (as of September 2026).
    • Annual Average: The U.S. remains the world's leading crude oil producer, averaging around 13.5 to 13.7 million barrels per day.
    • Key Drivers: Output is heavily supported by shale well efficiencies and production in the Permian Basin across Texas and New Mexico.

    • Refining Overview
      • Total Inputs: U.S. crude oil refinery inputs averaged around 17.6 million barrels per day.
      • Operable Capacity: Total U.S. operable refining capacity is about 18.2 million barrels per calendar day.
      • Utilization Rate: Refineries typically operate at high efficiency, running at roughly 97.8% of their total capacity.
      • Number of Plants: There are 130 operable petroleum refineries across the country.

      • Key Details on U.S. Oil Imports
        • Total Volume: Recent weekly data shows crude imports hovering around 7.06 million barrels per day. Total gross petroleum imports (which include refined products and other liquids) average around 8.5 million barrels per day.
        • Top Suppliers: Canada is by far the largest source, providing over 60% of U.S. crude imports, followed by Mexico.
        • Why We Import: While the U.S. produces a high volume of light crude oil domestically, many American refineries are built to process heavier foreign crude grades.
        • Net Status: Even with these imports, the U.S. remains a net total petroleum exporter because its combined.
        Export Breakdown
          • Total Petroleum Exports: Around 10.7 million barrels per day (including refined products like diesel and gasoline). [1]
          • Crude Oil Exports: Roughly 4 to 4.8 million barrels per day, depending on weekly and monthly shifts.
          • Net Status: The U.S. exports more total petroleum than it imports, making it a net total exporter, though it still imports heavy crude oil to match refinery capabilities.

Its bullshit what they are pulling with mitch. But this crap has been going on since our own Quentin Burdick was wheeled around being told how to vote by his aides. We need term limits and age limits but I'm sure I will never live to see the day we get them. Theres at least 10 men and women Senators we have now that don't even know where the hell they are most the time. What sane person would argue that only in the career of senator or congressman that they are really only hitting their stride at age 75 to 90?

The source was Donald Trump. He has repeatedly said they mentioned it in talks over the U.S. concerns about them having it.
