The real problem is they never really rebuild and are always mid pack or better . Imagine doing what Miami is the melt down would be epic around here.

If you liked Zimmer this offense should give you a boner it’s like they stole his playbook this year.

Lets not forget though, KOC is the Quarterback whisperer, he should be able to groom anyone with an arm.
He couldn't teach a dog to sit 🙄
I personally don't think JJ will be here next year either, and wouldn't blame him one bit.

The problem is that every time he whispers to Kyler, it goes over his head.

The first mistake they made was sitting McCarthy out for the whole first year due to a damn cartilage tear. They shoulda just taken the damn chunk out and went on with it. I’ve had half of a cartilage taken out of both knees. One in 83 when scope was just starting to be used. I tore it on first day of football practice and only missed two weeks of practice and one game. I have never had an issue with that knee since. The other I tore in 2000 and pissed around for year and a half before scoping it. Finally did it and I went back to working construction the very next day. Have never had one ounce of trouble with it since. To take a full year off was a total waste. Then they go and give the guy away. Shit teams do is just mind boggling

Lincoln, kinda...
This is interesting 🤔
Since both years we had the #1 overall defense

While I enjoyed watching the Vikings in the year of Case Keenum, he was completely bailed out every game by superior receiver play. The number of times Diggs, Thielen and Kyle Rudolph would have to outjump the DBs for some lame duck tossed up for grabs was nail biting material.

Kyler isn't even giving MN's receivers much in the way of opportunities at jump balls.

To hell with it. Bring Herbert in or Cousins back so all the inexperienced Vikings fans can experience Reichard going wide whichever in the NFC championship game. Wait? Cousins can't win a playoff game. Wait? Neither can Herbert.
The adventure continues...
PS. I really thought when Wentz passed a physical this offseason that he would sign and start, JJ would back him up and learn, and Murray would get bounced for the 5th round pick, so what the hell do I know. I still cannot believe Murray is our starter, but then again there have been 25 starters here in 21 years, so we are technically the Minnesota Browns, but with wins.

All the talking heads always mention how complicated numbnuts system is.
H E L L O "Kev " it ain't working, the points on the scoreboard are telling you that. A "Coaches" job is to adapt to the game, dump your f**king ego and do what's right for the team.

I listened to Paul Allen interview O’Connell on KFAN today. I’m a Vikings fan but the bs coming from his mouth made me switch the station after 5 minutes. All I got from it was how hard this has been on him. I was shouting at the radio “well then make a change”. I’ve heard for the last 4 weeks how close the Vikings offense is to busting loose. I don’t think it’s in his makeup to admit maybe he’s wrong and a change might be best.

First game I have watched, or at least the majority of it was this loss.

Maybe I am the problem..?

😅 Far from that. They would have lost the Bears game also if Williams wouldn't have gotten hurt.

He already has dumbed it down a lot. Orlavski has a break down on espn of the the multiple receivers open in the lions game he also says KOC is calling the right plays and the player isn’t executing. Easy throws for any nfl qb. That’s also the reason they are attempting to run the ball at a high rate. Too bad they didn’t listen to him and keep Darnold or Danny dimes and the old gm set them back. The complicated part is the qb has checks he can call if he reads the defense they have taken all that away also.
