The only downside i can see to a spray on bedliner is that it wont protect from dents in the box like a plastic bedliner does.

puklich rhino 'hybrid' formula or some such?, $736.80 for 6.5' box, $641.63 for 6.5' box less tailgate (i have the tailgate step/handle thingy).

needless to say, I HOPE LINEX IS CHEAPER

turns out they are, $470 whole box, $440 less tailgate

a whopping $200 difference buys me more than 1/2 of access tonneau!!

oh, and linex will knock out a 'few' wheel well dents for FREE (they stressed within reason)

puklich said they'd spray right over the dents OR send it to pdr or traditional body for a fee

BUT, you're welcome to hang out inside of the covered, carpeted box of my truck and slam ice cold buschies until the cows come home.

sitting in the pickup box under the topper drinking some blue yummies sounds, well.... wonderful. I am in.

haha.
I worked with a guy that would wash, and WAX his vehicle every time he took it out of the garage. He used an old beater most of the time but when his prized truck came out for a night on the town, into his garage it went for a complete cleaning.

my dog puked in my box about a month ago, its mostly dust now, but I can still tell its puke...haha

if dents are a concern then you better get the front quadruple coated if it's linex - cuz anything heavier than a box of kleenex will hit the front at whatever speed you were going just prior to you hitting the brakes

something about "newton conservative principal civics" or some mumbo jumbo the professor went on and on and on about ;:;blahblah while I was skipping class and bowhunting in the badlands

the thought of paying $500 for a liner then buying something to put down to protect it or make it work better simply didn't register :;:smokin

what can I say, LESS money talks and the durability, warranty, and willingness to flatten a few dents for free.99 would make it hard to go with something else. People seem pretty obsessed with that rubber mat too. I'm hoping/thinking the combo will suit me well.

waiting on a distributor cost quote on an access, forgot I had a close connection. Funny thing is, he isn't promising it'll beat the Amazon price!

I've been shopping around for a access cover for awhile. 279 on Amazon is the best deal I've found so far.

Kinda hard to haul a four wheeler, or 5th wheeler with a topper.
Dirty's wife is right on the topper description.

I have a roll up cover and spray in liner, not sure on brands, but the liner has an almost sticky feel to it nothing slips around on it.

If you think the topper is the shit, just get a damn suburban and roll like a pimp. Sleeping in the back of the burb you can run your heat or ac if needed.

New Suburban runs a guy $75k. New Crew Cab Ford with 6.5' box and topper would come to $41k.

i **believe** that's one of the lower end models which carries a 3 or 5 year warranty NOT the limited lifetime warranty. I could b wrong tho, it happened to me once before back in 2006,
