    I'm sure that works just as good for cheese; I thought I would use the cold smoker more than I actually do. Plus, it adds to the overall length of the unit. Only so much cheese someone my age can or should eat, lol.

    Love my Traeger. I've had it for about three years and have an insulating blanket for it during winter. Also bought a cool smoke bolt-on for cheese, etc. Only problem, it's so easy to operate, the wife has taken over "ownership".
