    Pheasant opener.

    Big standing corn field across from the CRP we hunt. If you aren't there at sunup the birds were already in the corn. Could watch 100+ fly into there every morning and they would come back in the evening. We didn't get after them too hard. After the corn is harvested it should help.

    First Fawn

    I have seen quite a few antelope fawns but only a couple deer. Hopefully I am just not seeing them and they did as well as the antelope.

    My first custom rifle

    My 280AI loves 120s and 140s. I decided to go with the 140s. I really like that round. Plenty of knockdown power while still being pleasant to shoot.

    Your Most Expensive Fishing Rod

    Most expensive right now is an old G. Loomis walleye series rod. I did buy an NRX at one point but I didn't like it and sold it shortly after buying it. I do still have a lightning rod that goes with me on most trips.
