    I've canceled out on two trip to ride out west this year because of this. They just finally got the base snow pack that we normally see out there in December or no later than early January and here we are knocking on the beginning of March. Of course, the kid is coming into AAU basketball season...

    well, don't hold your breath for a big rise this year, the snow pack from here west so far is wayyyyyy below average and I don't see that changing looking at the weather or jet stream forecast. Its running less than 50% as a whole including the mountain ranges within the run-off basin.

    Island park & West getting snow now and got wacked last week, I’m guessing it’s going to be pretty good this week and on out there. Otherwise it’s Jackson WY or Colorado. Bighorns are not good and just about nothing from there all the way to Michigan.

    The insurance industry is joke. They get you in with a low or competitive rate and then bank on you staying put and not shopping it for several years. And the more stuff you have to insure, the worse it is because making a switch is more painful. Seems I have to shop and switch every 2-3 years...

    If you do it right and it's fully finished, full concrete with aprons, 12 or 14 foot tall decent brand overhead doors, insulated, liner panel, & wired. $200-250k isn't going to be out of the question if your not doing any of the work yourself. it'll depend where you are in the state also...
