    Optimax Issues

    I had a reasonable repair from Northwest Tire on south Expressway. Gave an estimate and was exactly what he said and the invoice matched the estimate. Waterpump on a Toyota was 60% less than dealer.

    Timken is high quality. Quality alternatives are SKF and Koyo. Toyota uses Koyo. I would use any of the brands I mentioned.

    Pirelli sometimes they are discounted. Good on ice and snow and long mileage tire. Toyo A/t on my F350, like the tire but never get advertised miles out of them.

    For durable baitcast I like Abu Garcia. They last many years. I will not buy another Shimano ever. Every one I have purchased failed prematurely. Sucks when you have a new reel on a Canadian or Alaska fishing trip and it fails within a few hours of use.
