What are you asking? There are so many ,Im in the market but they sure seem to hold their value so the older the better. One that I looked at is a 2007 model, the owner said in 2007 they didn't require titles or license. Is that gospel or a sales pitch ?

What are you asking? There are so many ,Im in the market but they sure seem to hold their value so the older the better. One that I looked at is a 2007 model, the owner said in 2007 they didn't require titles or license. Is that gospel or a sales pitch ?

This only applies to ice houses not defined as premium by the section of ND century code posted by @yellowlab. If it has the creature comforts commonly found in ice castles it must be titled and licensed, regardless of make or model name.

Correct. By DOT definition (ND Century Code), if it has a bed, stove, etc. it is not a fish house. It is a travel trailer and must be titled and registered the same as a camper.

Some lightweight trailers (typically under 3,000 lbs GVWR) may be exempt from registration and plates, depending on their use and documentation.
• Always verify with NDDOT if your trailer qualifies for exemption.
