Lakewood webcam has open water as far as you can see and woodlands cam has ice as far as you can see . I suppose there will be walkable ice in the smaller DL bays by when ? mid week ?

Bought 4 scoops of minnows a week ago yesterday from Pioneer Bait in Jamestown. Just lost the first one today. That is where I am going from now on to restock.

I saw a couple of pop-ups on the ice today and chiseled a few different lakes. Didn't find anything over 2".

I fished Audubon Saturday and Sunday. There was 3" of ice Saturday where I fished and 4" Sunday. The walleyes that I caught were fat and full of baitfish, looking much healthier than the last few years.

Im guessing someone has been out but im kinda a chicken shit when it comes to swimming in 33 degree water

Yeah I don't get full shoulder rotation swimming in 33° water either.

I drove up yesterday and two people were fishing south lake and someone had drilled two holes by the narrows. I didn't get out to see how thick the ice was.

Creel bay is iced over .

Lakewood ramp is still open water.

Does anyone know if stump is iced over by highway 1 ?
