I will respectfully disagree and I think the Vikings receivers and record a year later do as well.
When Christian mccaffery just recently says he's one of the best players he's ever been around, it perks my ears a bit.

Always thought this was as bad as not signing brees when they had the prime chance as he just got voted into canton first ballot, their next big miss is playing in a superbowl a year later. Just can't make vikings mishaps up is all I know.

Yeah not too many teams make a qb switch after a 14 win season I imagine.

Always someone in love with each player. I stand back and ask myself could i really see sam darnold taking the vikings to the super bowl? Nope...this was already proven. Same with JJ do i see him taking vikings to super bowl..nope.

Im rooting for slammin sam and the seachickens to a win, sam wins mvp and lifts the Lombardi should really get the vikes front office foaming at the mouth. Even though i dont think sam would have had a very good year with the way our offensive line was garbage this last season. I believe only a running qb would have did better since he could scramble out of a collapsing pocket. The vikes need help and hopefully they can find the right players to fit those holes.

You don't pay Jefferson all that money to bring a scrambling qb in. Darnold can throw the deep ball and that's what you need with the top reciever in the game on your offense. This was an epic fail of biblical proportions and will most likely haunt vikings fans as long as brees did as a saint. Watching It just rubs salt in the wounds like a record goes round.
