    You would think all the boat dealerships would be outspoken and against this as well. I know some of them have interest in their own marinas, but losing public access in general isn't a good trend if your in the business of selling watercraft.

    I had seen this last fall and didn't really think they were stupid enough to try to move forward with removing what is essentially the most used boat ramp in Bismarck. Do what you want south of the ramp, but any project that doesn't keep that ramp and parking lot needs to be dead in the water.

    Yeah Whitefish is my favorite of the MT resorts, it just kind of sucks to get too. Bismarck to Bozeman or Red lodge is just an afternoon drive.

    Big sky is around $250 a day now as well and that doesn't even get you tram access. These ski resorts continue to get more expensive and continue to get busier so they have no incentive to keep prices low. I'm almost glad I'm at the age to hang it up and start heading to a beach or fishing trips...

    Everyone should get their insurance requoted by other companies every few years. These companies bank on you just staying put. Everyone also fits into insurance programs differently so what works for your friend or family member may be the opposite for you.

    Yeah I keep hearing that fleet farm has really went downhill since the Mills family sold it. I'm glad there will be another option and more competition in Bismarck, but I'm not expecting it to be a game changer like some people think.
