    Morons at Deepwater Boat Ramp

I was there on Saturday and it was definitely busy but no issues that I saw. I didn't use the outhouse on Saturday but when I did use it on Monday my thought was NDGF can be proud of this one and then I noticed all of the garbage in the pit.

    Morons at Deepwater Boat Ramp

Some shit heads (fishermen or not) filled the toilet pit at the ramp with empty cans and other garbage. A guy suggested that if they were caught to hang them over the hole by their feet and lower their face into it! I'm all for that! It's a clique but assholes like that ruin it for everyone!

    Downriiger mounting on 1850 re

I've thought about doing that on my Skeeter but wonder if the rails could handle the torque, especially if you snag the ball. Anyone with experience?

    8/1/23 Storm Damage

Wow, I feel for you! I have 3 Max Air II vents on order but am now wondering if I should return them. Damned wind and hail takes no prisoners!

    8/1/23 Storm Damage

Had the vent cover fail on my last camper but fortunately it was above the toilet and the toilet seat was up so any water just ended up in the holding tank. It seemed that the plastic was really brittle and rotten from too much sun I am guessing. These covers would at least shade the original...

Dumbest thing you did all summ

Probably would have been an option but then we would still have to drag them around in Dallas. It was our dumb decision. Should have put meds and chargers in backpack or purse.

Dumbest thing you did all summ

Wife and I flew to Rome, Italy in June from Bismarck with an interconnecting flight in Dallas. We each checked a large suitcase when we checked in and each carried a small suitcase as our carry-on. When we were waiting in Bismarck to board the flight to Dallas, the agent offered to check our...

    replace home a/c

Just had a 2-1/2 ton replaced with a Daikin by Ed's Heating and Air in Bismarck. $6300 for new compressor and furnace coil. Works great. Damn glad I have it today.

    Garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was getting the 5th wheel ready for camping about a week ago and discovered that wasps had built a nest in the water heater compartment. I put my head net, gloves, jeans, and a jacket on and rapidly opened the water heater door and sprayed it down with some bug repellent. They hung around for...

Describe this 3-D electric fence. Is it just a brand name or does it actually have 3 dimensions? Thanks.

    Is this legal?

Had dinner with a guy a couple of weeks ago that was on the pro bass fishing circuit at one time. He said that he had a setup like that. Hard to imagine!

    The old country school

I attended grades 1-6 in a one room country school in the 50s. It was about a mile away when the lake that separated us was frozen over. Otherwise, it was a 1-1/2 mile walk through cow pastures along the lake shore. There were about 25 to 30 students. My sister is 2 years older than me and...
