    My best friend's dad was a martin enthusiast and always had a couple of hotel style houses. He always said that they needed a sparrow's nest or two because the dirty buggers attract the fleas and other critters away from the martin cubes.

    There appears to be a perch the entire length of the house below each row of holes. I've built similar houses and the martins are happy to use them.

    I bought this one in 2002 with a 60" mower deck and tiller. I then added the snowblower and a bagger to the collection. It has been an excellent machine. Not inexpensive but the only repairs have been replacement of normal wear items.
