    The lake holds the world record for sunfish, 5lbs +. The fella who caught it said 2 lbers are common. I believe "Bobkat" still winters down there. A pic on here of his boat covered in mussels a few years ago convinced me not to trailer my boat down there.

    Crossbow?? What next.

    I wore out my shoulder trying to keep up with the younger guys sandbagging our homes in 2011. After surgery I couldn't take the chance so hence the crossbow. You don't think about it until you need it to keep on keepin on. Same can be said for stabalizing bars at the boat docks.

    2020 ND Waterfowl

    Appears the local ducks got blown out the first weekend. A small flock of a few hundred snows moved into the Hurdsfield area. There's plenty to eat so unless we get lots of snow it should be a good shoot until the season ends.
