    Coffee Crisp (it's like a Kit Kat but with coffee flavor and you get in Canada), peanut butter cups, Oreo double stuffs, and peanut m&m's, and nibs. Outside of the Oreos and nibs, the listed snacks are better out of the freezer.

    Just harvesting plots at the moment. Probably in September I'll have the quality determined. Two row barley popularity is increasing and it tends to have better malting quality than older varieties like Tradition.

    Harvested my barley nitrogen trials last week. Plots ranged from 8.5 to 12.5 bu/ac. It should be 80 but/ac or more. The low yield coupled with high heat at soft dough will likely adversely impact malting quality.

    When it's dead calm, sometimes I'll run the kicker in reverse at the lowest RPM. When there's a wind, I'll run the kicker forward with a little gas. This reduces the swing quite a bit.
