    killed a 3 beard years ago. Biggest spur in that 1.25 range. Longest beard-was an 11" from Missouri, heaviest was a 23# My dad killed a 24+ back in the day. We had turkeys galore nearby in the 0zarks where I grew up and allot of private land to roam. Haven't turkey hunted there in a long time...

    About the only way to stop the killing is turn them in to strictly house cats. If you know they are only in the house and never go outside then you can Declaw them. We did that and glad we did as we have no furniture etc. damage from sharpening claws on everything. My neighbors have a couple...
