    Mine sets in the pickup box on a rubber mat with the tonneau cover open a few inchs. When I leave it on the ice there is no differance. I dont think them running effects the fishing one bit.

    I built my first one very similar to your house in size less the plywood. I was going to use 2 x 2's but figuring the weight differance was less than 50 lbs I went with 2 x 4's. With 2 x 4's it makes the walls a little stronger. If you watch all houses traveling on the ice the tops are rocking...

    Was the vent for your furnace facing into the wind. A lot of times when its facing into the wind the vent will ice up and not allow the exhaust to come out, creating moisture in the house.

    If he's using his cook top to heat or bring the temp up in this cold weather he will get lots of moisture even running fans. But he hasn't said anything sense he started this post.

    Is your heater vented or not. You should'nt get a lot of moisture with a vented furnace.

    I replaced the lights with LED. New lights and wiring and a yr later and problems and I dont use them enough to worry about them anymore. Im sorry officer they were working when I let the yard.

    I have the same problem. I tow with two differant trucks. The fishhouse works great with one and the blinkers wont work on the other. I will hook on to another trailer and everything will work great. ( same truck where the blinkers dont work ). Switch over to the other truck and brake lights...

    Just drive the river road and look for tracks. Then start hunting. One rabbit can make a lot of tracks in one night.
