    Bison sioux game 2015

I'll be there! Section 8, row B seat 14 has been my season ticket for a number of years. Well also have talgate rig. It's just east of the trees and a dozen spots north of the entrance. The trailer says, "The Huddle". I might be serving bear and walleye.

    split grip or traditional?

I love split grips. I do a lot of decorative stuff there and not above the grip. It adds some flare and keeps the weight back. It also cuta down on weight bigtime if you're using a wood handle.

    1/2 ton towing

I'd look at a Tundra. Ive always been a Chevy guy. Tundra fit the bill and has more power than the Chevy 6 liter. I have a double cab. It's way more comfortable than the club cab and has a 6.5ft box.

    Changing Vehicle color and title

I am tuning up my Suzuki with tracks this summer. The paint is shot. So I want to paint her up like the A-Team van. Problem is it's a different color than the original. Has anyone changed their vehicles color? I'm wondering about the proper pathway of registration.

    Leaders for LeadCore

I use the Willis Knot, 2 arm spreads of 10lb fireline (rod tips vibrate better with superline vs. mono) and add a small steel leader for the pike. I spool it up on a Sealine 57 (10 colors fit).

    Go to jig rod

St. Croix are nice. I believe Scheels rods are made by 13 Fishing. If you want to save a little money, MHX is tough to beat. I build most of my rods out of those blanks.

    Yeti

I was at Sam's Club the other day. They have an Iqloo something or other that's rotomolded and whatever else Yeti thing for $200. It looked like a carbon copy of the Yeti.

    wooden rod handles

KDM, what are you finishing your handles with? I recently bought a lathe and have turned a few handles. Just trying to figure out the next step.

Peanut butter jar, Teflon tape on the Gulp container also works. I store regular plastics and normal Gulp in Ziploc bags.

    Impulse Reaction Paddle Shad

I love me some paddle tails. The impulse has a much bigger belly than a walleye assassin so it runs shallower with the same size jig.

Pelican Lake (Devils) boat ramp glasses found

I was launching my boat Wednesday morning at the Pelican Lake boat ramp and found a pair of spectacles. If they're yours, let me know and I'll get the to you.

    Custom Rod Build

I've made a few rods out of Microwaves. They pitch great! Micro guides seem to work about as good. Micro guides will also weigh a little less than microwave.

    Top Guide Out Of Alignment

I've had issues with hot melt glue. It has a tendency to melt the glue when it's 90 and sunny out. I've switched my tip-top glue to a 10 minute epoxy from Mudhole. If I have an eyelet that turned like that, I use an alcohol candle (burns clean) and warm it up carefully (heat is tough on a...
