The fee becomes very expensive ($2,000 annually) and you need to be more than just an FLL dealer from my experience...

    Red Lake River Crookston, MN fishing?

    Have a great time at UMC. I am an 2008 alumni! Did my share of fishing in the red lake river. There are places to access on the south side of Crookston near the Fraternity House (was never a member). You could catch almost everything in the river. We caught some walleye, smallmouth bass...

    White Earth Deer

    You'll be fine. Bow hunted up in that area for 7 years and never had an issue, private or public land. Most of the deer hunters up there (I believe rifle hunting starts in October) don't go far from the road. Beautiful areas to hunt and some good deer up there. Good luck!

    Yes, have also been successful. I've caught all mine on HJ-12 shallow diver on downriggers (usually blue or clown). I do just like H82bogy and drive around through schools looking for high active fish. I usually wont catch many in a day but the ones I do are very solid fish. All this thread...

    Sorry for your loss. It's really hard losing a friend especially one that we spend a lot of time with outdoors. There is a special bond formed among outdoorsman.

    I'd say the percentage is high especially in ND where people invest into their deer hunting with blinds, feed, etc. Its not 100% because I'm sure there are some that believe the Gratis tag is a State Wide Tag but I'd still say it is a good percentage. As far as family members breaking up land...
