    Cut in a catch cover in the passenger side floor pan and you have yourself a one man snobear. If you hate it a replacement floor pan is like $25 or so i believe.

    Yes its an ice bath. I guess i'm not positive but i've been told it helps keeping the sausage from shrinking/wrinkling. Someone else can correct me if i'm wrong. This weekend would be perfect. Just toss the rings in the snow bank for a bit and you'll be ready to go.

    This weekend apparently is my threshold. Had planned on fishing in tomorrow morning but decided against it as it will be -20 in the morning. Good way to break things. If I was just driving out to the permanent the threshold would probably be when the pickup wont start.

    I did the sconny style brat. Cure does not come with it. If you are wanting to smoke i would add cure/tender quick.

    Venison brats

    I made a batch of Owen's Wisconsin Style Brat. Tuned out awesome. did it the same as Tymurrey. Just put it in casings like ring sausage and twisted it into bun sized links then vac sealed it. I've only cooked a few packages so far but its been good. Boiled in beer then finished on the grill.
