    Vehicles are not allowed off the trail on public lands . Some of the areas on May 1st still have too much snow to get around . I know some ranchers in WY that collect antlers in the spring and make thousands easy but they can get around everywhere driving their UTV!

    Funny people don’t think about elk when it comes to CWD even with booming elk herds in CWD areas with suffering deer populations. CWD isn’t the reason why deer are struggling, mountain lions are the bigger problem. Both animals hang out in the same areas so both are exposed to the same CWD.

There is a reason why she’s hunting has a season and that’s for the wildlife to not be harassed. Winter is hard enough on animals. WY can implement a shed season for residents...

    States who ban baiting are still fine feeding tightly congregating deer herds. Both are just as bad or benign. WY feeds deer all winter on the elk refuge but bans baiting everywhere while the deer eat in the same hay and alfalfa fields year after year

    Tourney fishermen are mad that the GnF started charging tournaments 10% of the pot which has scared away the big walleye touring circuits. The big $$$ behind these walleye tournaments don’t want to pay up to utilize the resource!

    There is zero science that says winter feeding wildlife is any less of a spreader of CWD than the deer hunter putting out a bait pile or two. If you are ok with one you should be ok with both until it is proven scientifically. They can bait in WI and they have CWD there

    My coworker had his WY mule deer come back positive this year. The animal had no signs of CWD but got it tested while being checked at a checkpoint. He said it’s already in the freezer back from the processor so he’s eating it anyways
