    I fish clear water and don’t want the visibility of braid tied to my jig. I run run a barrel swivel instead of the fg knot because I don’t want to have to tie line to line when it’s cold and dark. That’s why I only run about 3 foot leader so it doesn’t hit my guides. I like to go 2 lbs...

    I use it as a leader for my rods about 3 feet. 2 lbs lights than what my braid is. Both open and ice fishing.

    Found a field on Friday night right before dark that had 3 other pickups driving around the area. Did the drive by and hit the waypoint doing 60 and was able to put us on the x within 15 yards later that night.

    I’ll second the bee stinger stabilizer and Scott releases. I haven’t looked at the new quivers so I’m no help there. I like a quiver that I can take off when Im in the stand.

    If I can’t drive out in the field after they leave and drop a pin I drop a pin on 2 different road straight out from where the birds were. I can usually find the x in 15 min or so doing it this way.

    I’ve been running j-braid for the last couple years paddle fishing and have been very happy with it. It’s about 1/4 price of PP.

    Be careful adding to much weight to the door. The springs are only made to handle what the door weighs from the factory. Adding to much will result in operator not lasting as long. If no operator is installed the door may not stay in the open position with the added weight.

    Made the switch

    I’ve had strait talk for about 3 years. I have no complaints I have had a couple times where my wife will have service with Verizon and I don’t but that might be cause she has a lot newer phone.
