    I think there should be a guaranteed buck for ONLY the true hunters.... It must cost at least $1,000 and the rack must meet a minimum score otherwise you are fined. This would clear up the issue of people getting buck tags when they only want meat for making sausage and stuff.

    Tanks have to be recertified. Original tank is good for 10 or 12 years and the recertified is good for 5. I think they can only be recertified twice. I believe there is a grace period on the original expire and the recert date. I think it is a couple of years before they will refuse to refill.
