    I found this online about a year ago and have been using it. I add more cayenne and a about a Ts of coarse smoked salt 1/4 cup Coarse Salt 1/4 cup Paprika 1 T Dried Thyme 1 T Dried Oregano 1 T Coarse Pepper 1 T Onion Powder 1 T Garlic Flakes (or Granulated) 2 t Cayenne Pepper

    I found the fit very nice. I have everything covered. as far as scratching your ass unlike neoprene with the cordura nylon breathes so you will not get sweaty swamp ass, so it will itch less anyway
