    The Detroit Lakes area and south would be your only options. In those areas I would suggest Ottertail and the Cormorant lakes but I have not fished those areas for many years.

    Question on jigs

    On jigs that I paint my self I clean the paint out of the eye right after it is applied and works well. If it has hardened I use a dremel tool. In the boat I use the eye buster.
