    7-08 youth model in the brand of your choice--low recoil, mild muzzle blast, flat shooting, and plenty of knock-down power for deer sized game. I like the 140 grain bullets like Remington Core-lokt for factory fodder.

    Take reds, and cut then lengthwise into six or eight wedges--rub with garlic-butter pizza dipping sauce, and bake on foil @ 350 for 45 minutes. Now sprinkle with season salt and enjoy!

    Youth Air Rifle recomendations

    I received a Crossman .22 pump pellet rifle for my 10th birthday from my folks. Here it is 58 years later, and I'm still using it (17 cottontails this summer)! It is old, but still has enuf power to drive a pellet thru a 1" soft pine board. Great memories...and I can't imagine how many pellets...
