    10 15 degrees? A stock stihl chain is 30 degrees i sharpen at 32.5 degrees. I have a oregon chain sharpening jig and wheel.

    i have used a regular chain ripping semi dry ash and oak a skip tooth chain makes a big difference, helps get rid of the sawdust better.

    Flood Watch 2023

    sadly on my farm i went from boating in 97 3 weeks to almost 7 weeks last year on a flood that wasnt close to 97 height . I guess those lazer scrapers work pretty well.

    Boat Lifts

    boat lifts are a pain in the ass, you can get used cantilever lifts fairly cheap. vertical lifts not so much. ive bought 3 used boat lifts from 400 to 1000 dollars. all shortmaster cantilever lifts. make sure and get one with wheels, the jacks you run with a impact on the pad legs help alot.

    Manitoba Live Bait Ban

    actually, my whole life where i fished in Manitoba you couldn't use live bait, (whiteshell park) and Ontario. Lake trout fishing we used tube jigs and scent, a local native stopped and fished with us he could use live bait. It wasn't fair.
