One note about the drotto's i have not had it happen to me but heard stories of other people using them... don't mess with another guys drotto at the ramp because you're curious, you can close the latch and the guy will just bang into it when he tries to load his boat... i am going to be taking...

    Line counters

    1. are you running braid? 2. are you running mono? 3. are you running leadcore? all i would run a diawa LC3 (lc5 if you can find them are just as good, cabelas special same thing as the lc3 with 2 extra ball bearings) 1 & 2 i would run a size 27 and for 3 i would run a 47... with leadcore and...

    1850 Reata reviews

yes and no, did it work? yes 150 pushed it on the water, 19p was too high so the hole shot was garbage and if you got 4 people in the boat it was a pita to get on plane and if you had a tube on the back it wasn't snappy enough to be real fun (good for young kids not teens+) that is why i suggest...

    1850 Reata reviews

my last boat was a 2014 1850 reata with a 150 merc 4 stroke... it's a good boat, top speed was 43mph with a 19p prop normally it was closer to 40mph, i feel a 17 or 18p might have been better as it was lower on the rpm's than it should have been... big issues i had were, it would spear waves...

    Garmin or Hummingbird

I have both a 93sv and hb solix's... if you are on a budget get the garmin, it does more for less and the capability to run livescope is huge, the garmin mapping is decent also and you do not need an additional card to get the mapping. only benefit of the HB is connecting to a trolling motor...

Pitching Jigs - explain it like I’m five...

I would listen to KDM he has probably caught more fish with jigs than the number of jigs I have lost trying. My advice is bring lots of jigs.

    Need a Bow restrung

zach has done a great job, if he isn't busy, there is a couple of other guys that have done well too. several of them shoot competitively, the one guy retuned my bow in about 5 min and made it shoot bullet holes in paper. he wears a hoyt shirt usually but I have not seen him recently. I feel...

    New B.B. set up

BB doesn't need anything fancy, you want a medium moderate rod and let the boat and rod set the hooks for you, I have run both spinning and bait casters (abu silvermax, the old ones) for me it doesn't make a difference spin vs caster, but I have friends that swear by their casters... as far as...
