    I remember my dad shooting a dog for a guy that just couldn't do it. Old dogs will tell you when it's time. Those are not good days, and I'll still tear up thinking about my old pooches. The one we have now is about half way through her life.

    ^^^This^^^ Even a vicious dog would be hard to shoot in the face. I'm not saying she shouldn't have put it down but it's not something the world needs to hear. Having to do the tough job and doing it yourself is commendatory but its something to be humble and discrete about too.

    Saturday 3 of us limited North of Mobridge. We were jigging 20-30 fow. Most were 16-17 in but kept a few 14s. Friday we only got 8 but tried cranks for a few hours. As with jigging we had a bunch of misses and lost a some after a brief fight. We watched other boats limit on Saturday as well.

    I just watched it too and thought she did an excellent job explaining the situation. A 2nd chance dog changes a lot for me. Still think she sunk her chances at VP. She may be in congress someday though.
