    Smoking Chicken with Skin

Don't do a lot of bird smoking but I remember from the past that the skin gets real rubbery after smoking. Is there a way to get that skin crisped up again?

    Broken Gun Forearm

So one of my buddies has an over/under that had a broken forearm. He orders a new one and went to go sporting clay shooting last night. After 4 shots the new forearm is broken again. What is happening to cause this in an over/under? I wouldn't think there should be any movement in this area of...

    Help Propping 200 V6 Merc on Tri-Toon

I think you'll need to go to a 17. That should get your RPM's where they should be. Wasn't there a tone for over-revving?

    Smart thermostat

Haha. This is the thermostat I have. You can change background colors. Remember that most of these thermostats require a common wire for power. I had the wire but it wasn't hooked to the furnace for power. It was a simple procedure, but make sure you have enough wires to do this.

Definitely going to do some crappie fishing too. Lida has an 11 inch minimum to keep crappie, so you can catch some really nice ones. Only problem is they come from a bay which is 9 feet deep at most, and they taste like mud.

Thanks snow. Maybe this was the 51 3/4...can't remember now. Both are spring fish, so yeah, not very girthy. Leach Lake strain for sure, pretty much fish Detroit Lakes mainly.

I'm sure it all has to do with genetics and what they have to eat. Leach Lake strain fish like they stock in Minnesota grow very large, and if they have cisco/whitefish to eat that makes a difference as well. A 50 inch fish in Minnesota is somewhere in the 20 year-old range.
