Netting fish with nothing in the way would be pretty awesome. I don't have the money to buy a $100,000+ boat but if I did I'd be waiting a couple years for them to sort the bugs out
I guess I hate money more than most. He pled guilty if he truly was innocent that's unfortunate. Seems pleading guilty would be a gift to Jeffy's lawyer.
No clue, I sure as hell wouldn't plead guilty if actually innocent. Just more evidence this whole ordeal is what happens when dickheads cross paths. Looks like Jeffy goes to court in April
I'll admit to only reading a bit more than half this time but looks like another lots of typing to say I support them doing something for the sake of doing something post
It's evidence that it is in jurisdiction if they decide to enforce it. I'm completely against a bait ban but a half ban is complete nonsense and isn't supported by facts, one could attempt to argue a baiting and feeding ban is
I'm reading it as you must follow both. Local Ordinance can ban even if DNR does not
Regs seem to support that interpretation

Lots of typing again to say " I support them doing something for the sake of doing something"
Encourage all animals be tested before eating, discourage eating any positive animals. That's really all that's needed to cover their ass imo.
Was "forced" into NDBA membership to shoot at sandhills archery in West Fargo. Seemed it was part of their fees at the time. Gotta imagine there's at least 100 folks that shoot out there.
WI has a two gallon limit for both hunting and feeding in areas where they still allow it. Heard of DNR there doing flyovers and ticketing lots of folks for feeding too much corn. Probably a few other states if you look around. Don't really agree with it but it's already being done
The government restricting a government agency from making unnecessary rules I guess I'll take it. That said I have mixed feelings on this, it does set poor precedent potentially hamstringing the ndgf.
