    I have one. Not in trees. I hold it down with 4 ground anchors with 8 straps holding down. The walls do fine at least for the last 2 1/2 years. The ends dont do as well.     I agree with kurt. Start preparing your food. Shop in fruits and veggies and meat departments. Stay away from pre cooked meals. Learn about what you are putting in your body and the more you will go to whole foods.
