    Well I seem to be going backwards. Was down to 189 now up to 200 this morning. I cut out most junk food and increased protein intake. Exercise has been high rep and very low weight on top of all the walking, climbing and heavy lifting my job requires.

    I don't think Bismarck will be full. Talked to a few guys last year that fished it but we're not happy about running around the river with low water. One guy tore the skeg off his motor.
